Play my games in another country?

So long as you are bringing your console that downloaded the game with you then you should have no problems other than possible power issues for the console (check and get a power adapter if need be).

Are buying a digital copy as a gift to someone else another region other than yours? Or do you own the game and playing on a different console in another region?

All you can do is create a new Swedish account, download content with that and then play it on your main profile.
