that's because the game is linked with the account that redeemed the game, if you want to access it with another account you'll have to setup the gameshare.

It will only be available to the profile that activated the code.

To be able to play on another profile you will need to gameshare with that profile.

home console
so the other profile can access it?

If not, or the purchasing account is not logged into the console, you will get a 'do you own this game message' when trying to play on any other account. Once the account that the code was redeemed on is logged into the console, other accounts should be
able to launch and play the game.

Are you getting any specific error message when trying to launch the game under a different account, or does the game not show in the My Games and Apps section when you try to launch the game under any other account?

We have separate profiles but in order to play games i.e. minecraft my profile has to be signed in
