    I Cant play FIFA 2016 online on my XBOX ONE

    I bought the XBOX One FIFA 16 edition, but i can´t play online. It says "Your profile is not allowed to use this feature."

    ¿What can i do?

    No required privilege to play online

    I got xbox live 2 days ago, but I'm not allowed to play online.

    I'm just able to access the free games.

    When I choose to play any online feature, it shows me some message about the xbox live settings.

    In Halo the message is "The multiplayer feature is blocked due to your xbox live settings."

    in Fifa 18, "Your account does not have the required privilege to access this feature."

    Already tried:

    - changed all the the xbox live settings to "Allow" and "Everybody".

    - removed my profile, restart the console, re-download the profile.

    FIFA is an EA Sports game. EA servers have their own age restrictions. If the birthdate on your son's account is accurate and he's under 14, he will not be allowed to play FIFA online on that profile.
