    Play & Charge kit not working out of the box


    Hi, can someone help me ?

    I bought a play&charge kit for xbox one s. But it was not working immediately out of the box. The battery is not charging, and the indicator light is always off. When I tried to connect the cable the console, the light was on for 0.5 s and off again, and
    the controller was never charging. I tried all ports on the console, and they are the same. Another cable not from MS was tried , but it was the same.

    I think it's just broken. Can someone tell me how can I contact with the repair service? I live in the Netherlands, and I bought it from Mediamarkts.

    My play and charge kit is working and lasting fine on the Xbox One. And for the 360 I used the play and charge kit briefly, and i did not like the cords. So I switched to the quick charge kit. I found that to be far more satisfactory than the play and

    How long did your batteries last?

    took xbox out of box.. put in the 2 duracell batteries that came with xbox.. lasted 2days.. went out and bought charge kit.. deffo worth the buy.. i get 4 - 5 days without a hitch on charge kit

    I'm having an issue with my elite controller and my Xbox charge and play kit.

    Yeah its an offical charge and play kit. I have a few off brand ones that work fantastically and rhe box for the charge and play kit said up to 20 hours.

    We went through several "Play and Charge" kits over the years. The wires always ended up wearing out from being plugged in and out so many times. So eventually we decided to try the "Quck Charge Kit" and I HIGHLY recommend it over the play and charge kit. The
    Quick charge kit is much much more reliable. In fact you can even use your existing batteries from the play and charge kit in the quick charge tower. Plus it charges 2 batteries at the same time. Much better way to go for sure. And you dont have to worry
    about any wires. :)
