Play Button Disappearing on Cloud Game

I have Game Pass Ultimate for cloud gaming and have been playing Ark on the cloud. Two days ago I was playing it just fine as usual. Eventually I quit the game to have dinner and when I returned 2 hours later the play button was missing from the game.

When I click any other game in the cloud game list I get the expanded game info with the play button but for Ark the expand is just blank, no info and no play button. I checked the next morning and it was still missing. I checked again late evening before bed and it had returned so I thought it was fixed but this morning it is blank again so I'm unable to play it still.

this is due to the demand on microsoft servers, not all server machines have all the games installed, and we only play through the cloud, it needs to be installed on some machine, even if it is virtual, the demand is the reason for the deactivation of the play button, remembering that the service is still in beta stage, microsoft's intention is always to improve the service, but unfortunately this demands resources and time, in addition the number of users is always increasing.

I checked the game is Xbox play anywhere in fact I remember I initially played it on the cloud and then on pc but at the moment all the saves disappeared. Can Xbox check my cloud and see if there's an old game save?

Hi! So the save game just disappeared? Here's how you can check if it's still available: Go to your 'Games & apps', select Minecraft by pressing the start-/menu-button and select 'Manage'. Now go to the tab at the bottom where your cloud saves are displayed.

He could also delete the save and use the one which is on cloud.
