    Hi, I bought Halo Wars 2 digitally on my Xbox and all of the DLC. I recently got a PC and downloaded it on my PC from the windows store. A few days later I tried to open it, it said it was unavailable on my account but Halo Wars Definitive edition still
    works. So I tried to reset Halo Wars 2 and that did not work, so then I uninstalled the game. Now when I go to the windows store the install button does not show up and it acts like I have to buy it, but all of the DLC says I own them. Can anyone help figure
    out how to install this game again.

    Unless something changes later, it's not going to be a Play Anywhere title.

    Hi, yes the game is related/attached to the account that purchased the game, so you have to be logged in on the pc with the account to play the game. No there is no way to transfer the game to another account.

    You won't see Fifa or any game from EA as part of the Play Anywhere scheme, as it requires the game to be on the Windows Store.

    If EA won't put their games on Steam, the largest PC distribution service, then they are very unlikely to put it on the Windows store.

    EA want to keep the money they get from PC sales to themselves, they don't want to give Valve or Microsoft a cut of that (rumoured to be about 20 to 30 percent.)
