    Hi,

    I have a live gold account and a family account for my son. I downloaded Forza Horizon 3 on my main account, my son can play it on our xbox but he can't access it on his PC with the Play Anywhere fonctionnality.

    Is it related with the account who initially bought the game ?

    Since I don't play this game can I transfer the ownership to my son, within the family account so he can play it on his PC with Play Anywhere ?

    Hi, yes the game is related/attached to the account that purchased the game, so you have to be logged in on the pc with the account to play the game. No there is no way to transfer the game to another account.
