Have you tried holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds?

yes twise

first time I only press the power for 20 sec and restart

second time I press power 20 sec and unplug the xbox and restart

same problem

If none of the restarts fixed it i would definately check out the
game issue support page at the bottom of the page it has possible fixes for some issues. I would look in there for a fix or

contact support directly if none of that helps either.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue.

Try performing the hard reset exactly like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

what I tried

forced reboot,

reset to factory default

created new profile

re-installed games

all games works for 10 min maximum and then stop and xbox return to main menu but profile still connected

force reboot (power button 30 sec)

start game 10 min and stop again

remove xbox from power for a day

re-reset factory

re-creates profile

install 1 game that works fine on my other xbox one

start to play, stop after 10 min.
