    Play and charge question


    Hi everyone.

    I have a question about the play and charge kit.

    When I'm using the console with the USB cable plugged in and charging the controller, as soon as I unplug it the controller disconnects from the console and turns off. I then have to press the guide button and turn it back on. The controller then works normally.

    Is this normal behaviour for the kit?

    Play and charge kit question.

    I bought a play and charge kt for my XBox One. I set it up and updated the firmware and let it charge. Now fully charged, I want to unplug the cable to use it wirelessly, but the cable won't come out.and I don't want to force it. Suggestions?.

    It does take a small amount of force to pull the USB lead from the controller.

    Questions about the Play and Charge kit

    It is always wise to drain your battery before charging it again, as it will allow you to gain the most out of using your battery pack! If you want you can charge it when ever you want to, it will not per say, give you any negative effects or lessen your
    gaming experience.

    Listen to what your manual says though. You may be experience funky charging sessions because it may take 3 to 5 full charging sessions to let the battery reach full charging capability. It is normal, not extraterrestrial. :D
