    Play and Charge Kit wont charge


    The rechargeable battery from the Play and Charge Kit will not charge. I've already had problems with the kit before, having to angle the cable just right or it wont charge. Now the light on the cable, when I can even get it to come on is just white, indicating
    its fully charged. The battery is almost dead, but the light won't go yellow, indicating it is charging. I have taken the battery pack out and cleaned the contacts. I have tried multiple controllers. Nothing has worked. I do not have a second battery pack
    or cable to test.
