    Play and charge kit question.


    I bought a play and charge kt for my XBox One. I set it up and updated the firmware and let it charge. Now fully charged, I want to unplug the cable to use it wirelessly, but the cable won't come out.and I don't want to force it. Suggestions?.

    Play & Charge: problem

    Hi legolaste70!

    I myself also frequently use the play and charge kit and have found the lights to be slightly erratic. I would suggest taking a look at this link and seeing if it answers any of your questions. I wish you the best of luck!

    It does take a small amount of force to pull the USB lead from the controller.
