  1. Play and Charge kit has broken the MicroUSB ports on my controllers...

So after using the play and charge kit for about a week, the microUSB port on both of my controllers have become very sensitive and reset the connection if moved an inch while plugged in... is there a fix to this or do I need to get them replaced by MS

    :)

  2. Design Lab Controller not Charging with Play and Charge Kit

I purchased two Design Lab controllers on the same order and neither work with the official Play and Charge Kit cable.

The cords will fit in the microUSB slot fine. I have to put pressure on the end of the cord connected to the controller to have it register. Once that pressure is removed the cord and controller is disconnected. Every other microUSB
cord I've tried appears to work AOK.

Disappointing to say the least as they are both official Microsoft products and the price of said product they won't work together.

    Controller problem

I have just bought a halo4 limited edition controller as my other controllers left stick broke. When I plug in my play and charge kit into my halo 4 controller it doesn't work it only works when I plug in the charger. However on my controller with the
broken left stick the play and charge works fine! What's wrong is it my controller?

This is more then likely due to repeat plugging, and unplugging off the cable. The micro USB port or the cable itself has been damaged. There is no easy fix so replacement is your best bet. If you can try borrowing a buddies cable torule out that as being
the cause. If the second cable works with no issue replace your play and charge kit. If not your controllers will need replacing. Myservice.Xbox.com
