    Play and Charge Kit conector problems


    Hello, i have not long purchased a Play and Charge Kit, Woxter Model, and just yesterday i was finding it weird the USB cable didn't grab on to the charger properly as it was always falling off, i then noticed that the connector that is on the charger is
    loose and is actually inside the charger, so i can no longer charge it, is there any way to pull it back in place? Or do i have to purchase another one? Right now i can still play with the USB cable connected to the controller. Is it ok if i always play with
    the USB pluged into the controller?

    Play and charge kit problems!!!

    Well i might have a solution for u guys that fixed the problem for me when your charging the controller with the usb cord dont plug in the headset when ur done charging controller then plug it back in works everytime 4 me

    I just got a play and charge kit for my x1 controller, but now my x1 stereo headset doesn't work with it. Using aa batteries, everything is golden, but for some reason I can get any sound out of my headset when I use the play and charge battery pack. Any
    suggestions?

    If it's not long ago you purchased the play and charge kit you may be able to get a replacement from the retailer where you bought it.

    It is possible to play with the USB cable attached permanently. You don't even need any batteries or battery pack inserted when you do this.

    Issues with Play and Charge Kits

    Honestly the play and charge kits always have problems like that. It has to do with mixing and matching different batches/ generation of battery kits with charge kits and controllers. Personally I've stop using the play and charge all together and now primarily
    use the charging kit that can charge 2 battery packs at a time. Have yet to have problems with mine and its been 2 years.

    You don't seem to have understood my problem.

    It works fine with the cable but it doesn't work wirelessly. The controller disconnects when trying to connect it wirelessly with the play and charge kit battery. Wireless with AA batteries is fine, Wired with the charge kit is fine. Wireless
    with the play and charge kit battery doesn't work.

    I have the wireless adapter and I am trying to connect it wirelessly to my Xbox controller with the play and charge kit battery, that
