    I have purchased 2 different play and charge 4m cables to plug my ps4 and xbox one controllers into my PC and neither have worked. if i use an android cable, both controllers connect but the cable is loose and it falls out. any suggestions to sort out
    the issue with the USB?

    Hey THRASHER 1997, this sounds like an issue just with the micro USB cable that comes with the play and charge kit. Are you able to try with another micro USB cable to see if it solves your issue?

    What are these 'cables' you purchased? Any Micro USB cable that can be used as a 'sync and charge' should work with the Xbox One controller on a PC.

    like this     - Remember, it must be Micro USB and must be capable of sending data.

    I had the same issue with the 360 Mircrosoft charger. So I switched to the Energizer Charging Station for the 360 and the Xbox One. I highly recommend it since it's only $35 and it comes with TWO rechargeable battery packs.
