I was wondering how I could change the email that I used to register for the play-a-thon, I used my Xbox Live email address *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and when I went to the my inbox it turns out for some reason that Microsoft will not let my email receive emails. I have
talked to technical support for weeks now and they said they don't know why it will not work. I can send emails from it all day, but when I do a test email to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** it will not go through and bounce back with an error.

So I see you contact winners by way of email, so that is why I would like to change my email to one that works. I would hate to win something and never get an email about it. If you could even change it on your end please use *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Thanks for all

Since there may be legal issues with altering a user's information for a sweepstakes, we are not able to adjust this information with a simple fix. We are reaching out to our win fulfillment team to see if any measures can be taken to change this information
from their end. Once we have more information, we'll update this thread.

Play-a-thon change registration email

I was wondering how I could change the email that I used to register for the play-a-thon, I used my Xbox Live email address <Personal Information Removed> and when I went to the my inbox it turns out for some reason that Microsoft will not let my email receive
emails. I have talked to technical support for weeks now and they said they don't know why it will not work. I can send emails from it all day, but when I do a test email to <Personal Information Removed> it will not go through and bounce back with an error.

Our win fulfillment team could not confirm any wins for your email. They then investigated with our web team for your registration details associated with the gamertag "roberts666", and could not find any Play-a-thon wins associated with that gamertag. The
only results that they could find for your gamertag were some wins for the Forza Sweepstakes, which they then re-sent. Note that the email registered for that sweepstakes is different than the one provided in your private message. However, as mentioned previously,
we could not find any Play-a-thon wins for either your Gamertag, the email associated with your Rewards account, or the email that you provided in your private message.
