i am having trouble with the freedom rewards play a thon my time isnt showing on the goal clock i feal like im getting ripped off real want to win the xbox one x and tv

I've got the same problem with my play-a-thon tracker showing about 71 hours when I had about 90 before

As mentioned on the registration page and our FAQ:

Why can't I access my account information immediately after registration?

While most users receive confirmation within 2 days, in some rare circumstances it may take up to 96 hours for your account set up to complete.

Since you only recently registered at the time of your post, you were not a Rewards member, and could not access that page.
