    I contacted Microsoft support about my issue with the play a thon event. My reference number is 1412534883. I played fallout shelter last night for 8 hours and none of the hours registered on my account. The support agent told me to make this post and someone
    could trace my game play and credit my account. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Come back often to track your progress! Please note it can take up to 96 hours (4 days) for your gameplay to show up, but don’t worry, we’re counting it all!

    Since your play time was only a few days ago, we still have not received and processed that data.
