Play a game on console xbox rewards not working

good to know: EA play games does not count for play a game pass game. And the games have to be played 15min+.

But if "play a game on console" doesn't work either you should contact the Rewards support. You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site of your country. (not the feedback link)

Yes I am older than18, and it had been working, up to two weeks ago

Are you over 18 Years old?

If not then that's why,only over 18's can get reward points from game pass quests now.
