    A: Yes,

    Q: So what are the problems?

    Let’s use a rather repugnant and simple example that will demonstrate some problems.

    Suppose a young gamer comes across an unknown pedophile gamer and the two strike up some conversation. It may happen the pedophile gamer asks the kid to send some indecent messages and photos through, or even wants to meet! This, after all, would be how the person would want to be treated. According to your platinum rule “Treat others as they’d like to be treated”, it follows that child would then feel obligated to treat this person as they want. By following your rule and treating this person as they want to be treated an evil beyond measure would have been brought about! The safety and well-being of the child is at serious risk. Purely sinister.

    Is it the case that xbox wishes to be a leading conduit of evil in society?

    * The platinum rule negates personal autonomy and gives strange people authority over one’s own conduct.

    * How another person wants to be treated may be illegal!

    *How another person wants to be treated may conflict with common decency and the common good.

    *How another person wants to be treated may conflict with a ones own values. Why should a person negate their own values for some unknown person with who knows what intention and dispositions?

    *The platinum rule exposes the weak and opens the door to all manner of evils.

    The above are just some of the many serious issues with xbox’s ethical efforts.

    You're not going to be racist with someone else if they ask you to do that.

    If that happens the other person is trolling you or want that Microsoft bans you to use the Xbox live network

    No one is going to risk their account access, as I said earlier in those kind of situations is when each individual should use their reasoning and analyze the situation and proceed

    You can take a look to the full community standards, examples like the ones that you give lead always to a banned account to the person who commit the action (<trolling> wants that someone else says racist things, and to the person who says the racists things):

    The Xbox network is always monitored to avoid those situations

    And if there is a flaw for children, as advised above

    In that part is where the parent needs to intervene restricting child's activity online, like in the internet in general
