    Hi, I'm sorry but my english isn't the better. I bought the "minecraft: windows 10 edition" by G2A.com, I got the code and put it in the corresponding place, but Xbox Live doesn´t recognize the purchase. I tried to put the code again, but it does not work

    I need a solution please.

    Rock Band 4 DLC NOT WORKING!!!

    DLC is currently having issues. It also does not seem to recognize if you purchased an entire album. You have to re-purchase the songs.

    Hi Mister Fizzle, I'm having the exact problem as CrunchinJelly. These problems are specific to purchasing on Xbox.com, not on the console.

    When trying to purchase on xbox.com, the website wants add a credit card. The website does not recognize the amount already converted on our account. I have $23.00 on my account, but the website does not recognize any money to use to make purchases. So I
    cannot buy a $3.74 game through XBOX.COM. Seems purchasing is now broken on the website using existing credit.

    Thank you for the tip. I tried they insisted that I could only download it on 360 !

    Helped me figure it out. It seems that the xbox 360 payment platform does not recognize mobile payments (Even though in the past I had no issues). I went to my account and added paypal as a second payment option and it worked !

    Digital game refund? I know this is a long shot, just thought I would ask.

    Does this rule apply to pc purchases? I purchased the wrong platform but cannot find anywhere or anyone to contact for refund or a correction.
