PVZ not appearing

I have found out why now and its 'Plants Vs Zombies' which is compatible and not 'Plants Vs Zombies : Garden Warfare' :'(

 

Under-rated, not noticed?

It was a Games with Gold offering not long ago. There are 45+ million Gold subscribers. I like to pretend maybe 10% of subs download the GwGs. So, what, 4 million gamers grabbed it? That's a lot.

When it launched the game was well received by critics and consumers. It had good sales. It was successful as a mobile game. It as a franchise was given a greenlight spin-off in the shape of Garden Warfare, which was a success too. Arguably more of a success.

The franchise has popular merchandise in the shape of cuddly toys and whatnot... it has the kind of nerdy appeal that attracts adults and kids. PvZ 2 passed 25 million downloads in less than two weeks.

I think as it's past the 15th now it's no longer available, but I don't believe it's underrated as there's now been a sequel even more popular then the first game and as Argon said, continued with a spin-off!

This game is about as popular as it gets, haha.

 

Argon, you're brilliant. Four days previously truly is "not long ago."

When PvZ launched it was a massive hit on mobile. I'm not sure the 360 was the best place to play it (it really suits touch screens), but I remember there being excitement at its launch.

PvZ 2's download figures were given a massive boost by its switch to the free-to-play freemium model, but it shows interest in the series.

I don't know where you get the information that "nobody has it," but I'm willing to be proven completely wrong.

That said, it certainly wasn't underrated or unnoticed.

 

I'm just sorry the hyphen I thought I had in "not not-iced" disappeared in an edit or something. I had less than not long to edit stuff and in the panic I must have lost it. I thought the not not had a ring to it. Plus...

... I thou-ght we were hyph-en-ating words that did-n't need hyph-ens or something. {XD

But yeah, PvZ, it's a couple of orders of magnitude below the likes of Minecraft and Angry Birds, but it's up there somewhere in terms of random millennial quirkiness with the makings of a moo'ing cow of the cash variety for a publisher. {=D

 

Guys, I will confess that I've never played any of these titles.

*runs away in fear of angry mob*

Though it's not hard to see how popular they are!

 

Never played and don't plan to. Just never interested me.
