    I noticed Plants vs Zombies was on the list of 360 backward compatibility but it didn't pop up in my One queue. I checked the Xbox page for it and it doesn't understand I bought it (still shows the price).

    My download history shows I bought it 9/8/2010. All my Xboxes are registered so there can be no license transfer issues...

    What's going on with this? I've seen it happen before with a few titles like the original old Wolfenstein for example...sometimes it forgets you bought something. I mean I can *** well prove I bought the *** thing...I can put it in my online download
    queue right now if I want to...

    Digital vs. Disc Version of Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare on XBONE

    The Xbox 360 version and Xbox One versions of the game are different - the link you posted is to the Xbox One version of the game. Because the Xbox 360 version is not backwards compatible, it won't work on the Xbox One at this time. To play the game on
    Xbox One, you'll need to purchase the Xbox One version (as there is currently no offer for a free or discounted upgrade), or wait until the 360 version becomes backwards compatible - you can voice your support for it to be added to the BC library here:

    Digital vs. Disc Version of Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare on XBONE

    I'm attempting to install Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare (XB360) with a disc but it's generating errors, even before trying to install. I found out it's not on the backward compatibility list, even though a digital version of the game is on the XBONE

    I have XB Live Gold, so that's not an issue. I rebooted the console twice but no cigar.

    Am I missing something here? In this case, does backward compatibility only pertain to physical disc versions?

    Dead Rising, Left 4 Dead, Undead Nightmare, Minecraft, Plants Vs Zombies. Those are the only ones I can remember right now.

    Plants vs. Zombies is backwards compatible, but Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is not. You would have to purchase the One version if you want to play it on the One.

    ...and yet there hasn't be one word regarding Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare? You have to remember, it's a shooter too - and pretty darn good one at that! ;)
