Plants vs. Zombies - Should I buy??

So, after watching the guys over at RoosterTeeth release some "Let's Plays" of this game, it looks really fun. Problem is, the majority of my friends don't have an Xbox One yet or don't play this game. So, I would be paired up with a LOT of randoms, which
I'm not really a fan of.

I'm sure some of you guys have played this game, so, is it worth it? Fun? I'm hesitant about buying another game when Watch Dogs is releasing in a few days.

PVZ not appearing

I have found out why now and its 'Plants Vs Zombies' which is compatible and not 'Plants Vs Zombies : Garden Warfare' :'(

 

I play it most of the games I own. It is awesome fun. I am usually on this time of day if you ever want to play.

 

Its a great game mate but better enjoyed with friends imo. I would say get it for the sake of having it in the future if you need some filler

 

I'd play with you Camhawk, but I'm always at work until 5PM ET, which doesn't happen for another *looks at watch* 7 hours. Ugh.

 

Love it! And highly recommend it. It's obviously fun with friends but I play alone most of the time and still enjoy it. It's pretty addicting and we pretty much are on the same schedule (I'm off at 6pm EST). So if you get it and want to add me then that's

It's a fantastic game.

It looks great, has great controls and is very well balanced.

Best of all... you get the WHOLE game.

You don't have to fork out for season passes. DLC has been free.

They have apparently introduced a way to buy coins with real money if you want to but it doesn't really noticably unbalance the game.

I dont have the game but have heard nothing but rave reviews from everyone who does. Like mentioned above, its a blast to play with friends. Ill probably pick it up sooner or later myself

 

Egg, if you pick it up I'd be more than happy to play it with you tomorrow (I live on the east coast and am, for the time being, available at 5 p.m.).

 

I'm renting it now. I agree it's more fun with friends, but what game isn't? I play it by myself mostly, but it's still a lot of fun. Usually I can't pry myself out of TF long enough to get very good at it... but the whole fun and humor aspect of it seems
to make that less frustrating.

As someone already mentioned, it'd be great filler material... but that is actually the reason I'm a bit on the fence about purchasing. It won't be too long until a few more good games come out that I'll be spending a lot of time playing, so this will just
sit there for awhile. With it being MP only, I have to wonder... when the next lull comes around for me and I decide to play it again, will anyone else still be playing?

 

^^ I'm sure people will still playing, I know I will. I'm the complete opposite I couldn't put PvZ down long enough to stay into TF. I think I hit generation 2 and stopped lol (nothing against the game at all). But PvZ is more addicting to me. Co-op mode
plus the fun MP modes with all the unlockables, reminds me of ME3. For $40 plus free DLC's (more on the way) can't beat it.

Eggnogga, yep! I am in Ohio so just a message if you end up getting it. I'm sure there will be other games we both get as well.

 

^^I might end up keeping it. I'm most of the way through Gen 9 on Titanfall now and am getting a little burned out. The new maps are great and all, but most of the content they added (ability to name loadouts fe) aside from maps, is stuff that should have
been there from the start IMO. I switched over to PvZ last night for awhile, to get a break from TF and had fun.

 

If you wanna play sometime then hit me up as well. Wish they would add lobbies to PvZ so it would make it easier to invite friends. Most of the time we end up on different teams.
