Plants Vs Zombies New Free DLC!!!

Sorry, I meant the DLC, not the game (I bought at release). I figured it would be a game update, so I installed my disc into the X1...... nothing! Would not load...... grrrrrr.......

There are so many fixes, which I find interesting because in the brief time I played the game late last night, I saw NONE of these issues...

 

I have said this pretty much in ever PvZ thread I have come across. So gutted I haven't picked this up. As far as games go, this one looks wacky and fun! Free DLC is always a winner!

 

I've seen some of the bugs myself (I've been playing since launch) so it's great they are on top of it. Now I'm just counting down the hours until I get off work

 

I hear ya! I have seen a few of the bugs they mentioned. I have glitched a few games due to the garden planting bug. 2 people try to plant it at the same time and the action just stops so you can no longer plant a garden. Also some of the clipping underground
and slow loading textures have been there too. So definitely glad to see them addressing these! See y'all online tonight!

 

My eyes glazed over about 10 Bug Fixes in... but I don't think I saw anything about server connectivity/getting punted from matches or it selecting a group for you but not letting you join that group and punting you back to the search screen in Garden Ops...
but who knows.

 

After a few rounds of playing this afternoon (post-update), I was incredibly disappointed. I played 5 matches - of the 5, I was disconnected from 4 of them within 1 minute or less after starting the match, which is a game-killer for me. Furthermore, when
I tried the new Gnome Bomb mode on the Chomper Town map, I would always spawn inside the ground, which itself was completely void of textures - it even blocked my shots from hitting other enemies that were also clipping through the ground! I don't know if
this is a common occurrence or an isolated incident or something that might be wrong with my own connection in the former case (which I will look into when I try again later tonight after my class), but it still stinks worse than an engineer zombie & completely
ruined the experience.

 

Downloading this soon sounds good fun

 

GG, it might just be the connection. I actually spawned under the map last night while playing Team Vanquish. It took about 46 seconds for it to smooth over. 1 more hour for me and I'll be using my Pea

 

waiting for a price drop. I love PVZ though.

 

It's an issue they are working on, same thing happened to me earlier, was being disconnected from every match within a minute or so. got to be said though, the game has ran smoothly up until this patch. Hopefuly it's fixed for tomorrow.

 

Please don't say that - it means you're telling me that I got the game after they broke it...

 

I played my little brother's copy of PvZ this past weekend and it was surprisingly fun! Don't think I would buy it myself though - don't have enough time to play TitanFall as it is right now.

 

Any word on if they have fixed some of the issues from yesterday?

 

I haven't heard, Cruzin, but I had a problem-free game session last night while playing Garden Ops.

Kuruczpa, due to the family-friendly nature of the game, I hear children like your little brother yammering on all of the time; it to me at least, is 1 of the negative aspects to the game because it can get annoying at times. Nothing against little kids
of course, I just wish someone would teach them the benefits of party chat - for their sake & my sanity.
