    Plants vs. Zombies GW2 - Can't play online


    Hi all,

    I have Xbox Live Gold membership and it shows on my account, but the issue is that every time I want to join the Multiplayer game and Garden Ops, it shows me a message that I or some other party do not have the permission for online access or whatsoever...

    Can someone help me here, or has some idea what could be an issue or should I contact an EA support?

    Tried restarting the console and all, checked 10x if Gold membership is there and all seems fine, I mean it definitely is there since I purchased today the game that comes with the GOLD deal...

    Can't play any digital download games, Trove, Plants vs zombies gw2, on any sign in on this XBOX ONE, was fine last night.

    Is anyone else having trouble with Plants Vs Zombies GW2 Beta downloading EXTREMELY slow? Most of our other games have NEVER downloaded this slow.

    1 Qestion: How do you see that my account is a Silver one?

    I clearly loged in account.microsoft.com with "TeeBlasen498943" and under subscriptions its written that I have Xbox Live Gold until 04.10.2016. I don't get it and its really grinding my gears Plants vs. Zombies GW2 - Can't play online :)

    On the gamercards to the left of the posts, if you look at your gamertag yours is written in silver which usually means you don't have gold. You can see where mine and Homegrown's shows gold.

    Since your account shows you're supposed to have gold, you'll want to contact support to see if they can assist.

    Not correct permissions on account

    If it's Plants vs. Zombies you don't need gold to play it. If it's Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, then that is an online only game so gold is required.
