    Plants VS Zombies Garden Warfare won't connect to XBOX Live on 360


    I've been through all the NAT setting on my router, which I use an Apple Airport Time Port; I can only find Port Mapping, and not Port Forwarding. My son is unable to play this game he downloaded because it consistently says Unable to Connect to Xbox Live,
    when we connect within the game, it then says the Connection was lost. I am unable to edit my modem settings because I'm borrowing it from my ISP. What should we do?

    I'm not too sure on PvZ: GW since I don't own it, however, it is known that some games have connection issues if certain ports on your modem are not unlocked. The only ones I personally know that have this problem are games from the CoD franchise. Unfortunately,
    the only way to unlock the ports is to call your internet provider. If you are a Verizon Fios customer, that may be the issue as I found this thread:answers.ea.com/.../2416181

    The time stamp is quite old so it should habe been fixed by this point but it may be the cause.
