    Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare: EA account?


    We got my son the Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare game for his birthday.. The 360 version..

    We can't get past the 'create an EA account' screen..

    What email/pass do we put in? it makes no sense.. Nothing works that we have tried..

    We have tried my (parents) email, but what pass? Certainly not my xbox account password...?

    I have tried the xbox app password, but it doesn't work as well..

    Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare: EA account?

    Have you tried setting up an origins account on origins.com?

    When you are setting up the account there you should be asked what gamertags/id's etc. you want to link to your origins account

    Yes I did try to create him an account on EA.. However, it said "this option isn't available" upon completion.. Is it because he is only 12?

    I don't understand why we need an origin account, the case says "xbox live account" but nothing about anything else.. We can't get past the origin login screen to create a new account..

    Hi The 3DPiper, it is because he is aged 12, EA, will not let him use their games until he is 13 years old. EA games also say that to play their games you need an origin account first.

    Yeah,thats the reason.You have to be 13 years or over to have an origins account.

    Hi 3DPiper. I've just had the same problems! The password you need to enter must have at least one upper case letter, one lower case and one number. Just make one up, you're only creating a limited access child's account and you will get a confirmation email
    sent to YOUR email.
