plants vs zombies garden warfare code never received

Hello. I've purchased Fifa 16 on March 24th, for the 7 years celebration with plants vs zombies, but the game code never arrived. So i contact
support on live chat, so they tell me that i recive my code in 7 - 10 days but this time is off, and my code never arrived, so i go with support again and they give me the link to this forum, so please i need a answer for my case. I would appreciate
any help.

I never received my codes for a DLC pack and coins on my pre ordered plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 game

I bought fifa 16 Bundle with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. Fifa 16 works fine, but since 2 weeks no Code for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. Support told me to write here.

Just to clarify, are you able to see to see Plants vs Zombies in the Ready to Install section of your Xbox One console? If you purchased FIFA 16 digitally from the Xbox Store, you would not receive a code for Plants vs Zombies via Xbox Live message. Thanks!

 

Yes i check in this place but is not there, i contact with suport and they tell me, that the game code arrived in my Xbox Live message in 7 or 10 days but that time is over.

Unfortunately that information is incorrect. Codes are not going out for Plants vs Zombies. Are you able to provide us a screenshot of the offer you see? Go ahead and link us that here so we can look into further!
