Plants vs Zombie Garden Warfare 1 start issue

I have played PvZ for quite a while now, but in the past month or so, the game wont start and exits to home with a message "Make sure your subscription is active (0x803f800b)" I have tried the hard reboot where it is supposed to clear the network cache,
which seems to be the boiler plate response and it rarely works. I pay for 2 xbox gold subscriptions, one for me and one for my son. I have tried adjusting router settings, wireless and wired, with the NAT showing Moderate and Open and it doesnt make a difference.
It is frustrating to say the least. Is there any resolution to this issue?

Question about the unlocks in plants vs zombies garden warfare 2

Since there is no forum for plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 I thought that I would ask here. I know if I'm at a certain rank on the first plants vs zombies garden warfare. I'm rank 61. Can I start playing plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 and rank up
to 100 and get the reward that you get at rank 100 and so on?
