    so I bought 2 packs, redeemed them and nothing. I spent 2 hours in chat with xbox who did nothing then referred me to ea sports and popcap, who did nothing. any ideas how to get it install says the code is redeemed

    Hey there Candacebowser,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console. I can totally see how not seeing your content show up could be pretty distressing. If the packs are not showing and you have redeemed them through the Microsoft store
    (and they show up on your order history), it would help to try and reach out to
    PopCap     Support through EA, as they are the ones who support the game and all it's components (such as in game currency and DLC) coming out.

    I have done that and deleted profile and reentered. Nothing. I have been in chat for 3 hours now... this is sort of stupid. I know now i won't buy anything through the xbox store.

    Console? Try a power cycle. Hold power for 10 seconds while it shuts off. Then unplug from outlet and wait 5 minutes. Reboot.
