    My son has just paid £9.99 and downloaded Plant v Zombie (the 1st one) and everytime he tries to play it disconnects his xbox live.

    We've done the normal turn off and back on that hasn't worked. Amy ideas please guys?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    We will be needing to remove and re-add your son's Xbox 360 profile on the Xbox console so he can play without any issues.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game - Plants Vs. Zombies

    2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

    3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

    You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

    4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.
