Planet of the apes game

I bought th planet of the apes game 13/3/19 i have come to play it and the speach is out of sync and game play freezes how do i sort this problem out

I would recommend a full shut down and reboot of your console. If this doesnt resolve the issue I would then recommend deleting and reinstalling the game.

if this is happening on the Xbox One console please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if that doesn't help try uninstalling the game, power cycling the console like before and reinstall the game.

I think it's just the quality of the game like Brandiesel said. You may have a corrupted download though so deleting the game and clearing things like the MAC address or local saved games before installing again may help as well

I honestly think the speech being off is just the low budget of the game. I've heard others complain of the same thing.
