Plague of Frogs, Devils worship pack, and dying light ninja dlc not installing

I bought the physical copy if sr4+gat outta hell for Xbox One and redeemed the code for the plague if frogs and Devils worship dlc... but neither of them ever installed. I dunno what to do cause they are not showing in the store. I also have a similar problem
with Dying Light. The ninja pack that was a pre order bonus from bestbuy. I redeemed the code on my receipt and it worked just fine... but again nothing installed. The "be the zombie" dlc installed though and that was a code that came inside the game box just
like saints row.

Saints Row 4 and Gat out of Hell DLC missing

I preordered the bundle from Gamestop and I downloaded the games just fine. After I did that, I input the code for the DLC packs (Devil's Workshop and Plague of Frogs) and then it said that it as successful. The problem is the DLC packs never downloaded
and they are not located under the store page. What do I do?

Looks like the lacerator, buzz kill, etc and the ninja and other costume packs were pre-order exclusive bonuses from best buy and GameStop.

Ok nvm the dying light dlc. It actually was on the store and I redownloaded it. There is still the issue with saints row though.

 

I have a similar issue as well. I pre-ordered the Saints Row IV: Re-elected edition and Gat outta Hell bundle, the two games as well as the pre-order bonus dlc all downloaded and installed just fine. But I accidentally deleted the Plague of Frogs and Devil's
Worship packs, and now I can't re-install them because they appear to be missing from the store.

 

It would be nice to get an answer to this issue.

 

I got the ultimate edition of dying light and the only dlc i get is the be the zombie, all the others say bundle only, whats with that i thought thats what the ultimate edition was

 

I'm also having the same issue with the Saints Row IV dlc packs. Please help
