Placing downloaded games to an other account

I've bought a second-hand Xbox 360 including the account of a friend of mine. This is because he bought some games online, andvwanted me to be able to play these. I wanted to know if it's possible to put the games onto my own Xbox account, because I want
to start over again with the achievements and the save games. Also, I want to connect own live account to Xbox, so I don't have to use his.

Games on Demand: Offline play

Hey Invoked. As far as content licensing goes:

• The account who downloads the game can play it online and offline on the console it was
  originally downloaded on.
• Other accounts can play the game on the same console it was downloaded on when connected to Xbox Live. Not playable on other accounts when not connected to Live.
  
• The account who downloads the game can play it when connected to Live on a different console than the one it was
  originally downloaded on.
• On other consoles than the one the content was originally downloaded on, other profiles cannot play the downloaded content.
  

 

Ea Access Question

The other account could play the games but they'd need to be on your account to download any EA Access games or to get the 10% discount on EA games.

 

nothing can be transferred between accounts sorry in fact you should not be using somebody elses account only yours. it is best if you wipe the system and put your own account and get your own games on it.

 

Sorry, but games are linked to the account they were originally purchased from and cannot be transferred.

I also wanted to mention to you that what you have said about purchasing an account is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service, is considered Marketplace Theft and could result in both the gamertag and the console being banned from the Live service.

Really? I was not aware of this. Well then I will set the Xbox to factory settings, and make a new account. But why is it that when you buy a game in the store that you're allowed to sell it, but when you purchase it in the marketplace it isn't possible
to sell or give away the game?

 

You cannot sell digital licenses after first sale

not to mention its against most servers terms of use to monetarily use your aaccountsl

There are good reasons

once a person download the said account the account can always be recovered by the original owner

that means if someone transfer you an account and suddenly takes it back you have no rights to the account and are suspecitble to an console ban for illegally recovering an stolen account

Or the person steals an account from someone else and then you "buy " the account from that said person

then the ms or Sony find out you have the account after the original owner person conducts an unauthorized access case against you guess what you will face a console ban and are out of your Money not to mention it could lead to criminal charges

Never buy anything so shaddy or you don't know the source

 

Once you give away a disk the pprevious person doesn't own it

Accounts always belong to the original owner this prevents fraud from happening Which is a criminal offence

 

I did not pay for the account, I bought the Xbox from a good friend, and he said i could use the account, because he couldn't play anymore. But the account is already deleted from the Xbox, but what I meant, you can give away a real game, why isn't there
a function that deletes the game from one account, and puts it on an other account. That doesn't sound so crazy to me.
