Pixels/geometry wars 3 promotion

I purchased the movie within the promotion period, and I have yet to recieve the code for geometry wars 3.

I never received my code for Geometry Wars 3 after buying Pixels.

I also never received Halo Spartan **** for preordering Halo 5 Premium.

Purchase made October 17.

Have not received token/code/download via email, Xbox Live message, etc.
