    Pixelheads Dinosaur Island Characters locked


    Hi there,

    So I bought the Pixelheads Dinosaur Island Character pack and I can only access 2 characters. Others show as locked (padlock icon). Doesnt seem to be any more "buy me" options. Any ideas on how to resolve? I've tweeted @pixelheads to ask their help but
    no response there.

    The skins that have a
    lock icon     must be purchased from the Minecraft store before you can download and use them. Any skins without a
    lock icon are unlocked and ready to use.

    Most skin packs have a few unlocked skins that you can use for free. In the Dinosaur Island Characters Skin Pack, the Dinosaur Tamer and Explorer skins are unlocked .

    I can understand how not being able use your content could be frustrating.

    This more than likely would be due to the Xbox Live Service outage that our services are currently experiencing. Though our engineers are aware of the situation and currently working on it, there is no expected time of resolution at the moment, although
    it's best for you to keep updated at our
    Xbox Live Status     page.

    I purchased the full pack (it says "Owned" if I go back to the store and look for the pack again... and there doesnt appear to be a "buy more skins" option within the pack... at least that I can see..?

    Have you tried to redownload your DLC? See if this works. You may also need to reinstall the game again to refresh everything.
