Pixelated video and start up screen, dashboard works fine

We just bought a new xbox one. Unboxed it and as it booted up the screen pixelated and went crazy. However, the dashboard functions and looks fine. But when I went to view a friend's video, the screen turned green and started to pixelate. We've done a hard
reset (twice), switched out our HDMI cables, and even hooked the Xbox up to another TV!

Green pixelation on loading screen and video playback

Anyone else have this issue and ever find a fix for it? The loading screen is a green pixelated display, but when the dashboard loads it works fine. When trying to play a youtube video, Netflix, or a game trailer I get the same issue. Games themselves seem
to play fine. I have tried several things I found on these forums related to other video issues but no luck.

 

White pixel on the Xbox One Dashboard

Anyone else have this problem? There is a white pixel present at the bottom right of the screen while in the Xbox One dashboard, I have the Day One Edition. I have checked other apps/windows and they are fine, I have also checked using different cables & other devices. The white pixel is only present on the dashboard for the XBO, my TV is fine.

Any ideas? Hopefully there'll be a fix with an update at the very least.

 

Same here every time I turn it on it pixelates I can play it Microsoft better answer for this
