    Pissed off!!!


    My son charged my account for “ROBUX” 3x for 199$ EACH!! Naturally I was pissed off and contacted Xbox immediately. I have now been trying to get my money back for an entire week! And of course the charges have already went through so my claims have to get
    sent further. I’ve talked to 4 or 5 different people all telling me different information. I have been disconnected twice with no call back of any sort. And still have not received my 600$ back and still have not spoken to the right people. I talked to a lady
    Friday for about 45min, “you will receive a Call back tomorrow (Saturday) they are open 24hrs” I call they close at 7 on Saturday and Sunday. I call Sunday have talked to 2 people. I Am now being told I will receive a call Monday when I ask why she told me
    Saturday of course I once again am disconnected. Im livid at this point and want to know how I shall contact someone of importance at Xbox.

    why can't I buy Xbox live with Microsoft points, is money not money, I'm getting really fed up with this, and this is after I followed the account transfer from 360 to one step by step and Microsoft seemed to have somehow lost my account, I spent $500 on
    my system and countless games only to have my gaming abilities be severly crippled by having to spend more money that MICROSOFT WONT EVEN LET ME SPEND!!!

    It depends on when your subscription renews and when you cancelled the subscription. It might be, that you were too late to cancel the next renewal cycle. You can try to go to

    https://account.microsoft.com/services     and try cancelling immediately (not stopping the automatic renewal).

    Depending on your subscription, you will then get the remaining full months refunded.

    Also, you are free to go and buy a PS4, but since you say you would save money, I don't think it's a wise decision to buy a completely new console, when you can get 6 to 8 years of Xbox Live Gold for the price of a PS4 or PS4 Pro.

    Also, you would need to pay for a PSN Membership on Playstation as well, if you want to play online Multiplayer.

    You need to cancel the subscription from the tab on the microsoft website. If you've already been charged try contacting microsft through email or give them a call.

    Ok, I havent heard of this download pack but i recommend you go to system > memory > hard drive > Assassins creed 2 revelations > and find the downloaded content and delete it and reinstall.
