    I'm pissed off because my son's account keeps getting suspended for people calling or reporting saying that he's doing all this stuff and I have proof on numerous occasions that he couldn't have been doing the stuff I've even contacted
    Xbox and they said that my account was hacked for me to change my password and I have done that but for some reason my account keeps getting hacked because my son is not doing what these people are saying that he is doing so yes I'm highly pissed off and if
    I don't get a contact back from the enforcement team to talk to someone personally about this issue because the only way you can talk to the Xbox Live enforcement team is to leaving discussion in the forms accounts or whatever you want to call them but here's
    the thing if I don't have someone contact me back within 24 to 48 hours from the live enforcement team by email giving me a number to contact them personally I will call a lawyer by Tuesday morning I am done with this stupid s*** so yeah you want to say that
    he's abusing his language on there you want to say that he's making harassment you want to he's doing this well then I'm going to be the one that's going to start cussing because I'm 37 years old and I'm allowed to cuss where my son is not allowed to so obviously
    these people are just getting pissed off because he's whooping their asses at these games because I'm not going to lie he is good at it and it's not my fault that they don't know how to play a game I sit there and witnessed him get stuff done to him and he
    wouldn't even do anything wrong as of one time we didn't even have internet and he still got suspended from his Xbox Live account through the enforcement team because he was using graphic language and making threats and I like to know how somebody can do that
    when you ain't even got access to the internet so yeah you dealing with one highly pissed off mom at this time this is the fourth time in a Year my son has been suspended for the same thing when I keep telling y'all he's not the one doing it you'll have the
    proof that my account got hacked and I'm tired of calling to try to fix this knowing that I can't get ahold of the enforcement team so if the enforcement team does not contact me back in 24 to 48 hours I am contacting a lawyer and I will own Xbox how about

    Here's the proof where I have tried to contact the Xbox enforcement live team 5 times already so this shows you that I've been trying to contact you all for almost 6 months now because the latest one says 5 months ago so obviously somebody from the Xbox
    Live enforcement team needs to contact me back because I have proof where I tried to contact you all back several times

    If your account is compromised, then that means they know the sign in email address and the password for the account.

    You state that you've changed the password but the account is still getting compromised.

    After you've changed the password on the account, you don't have an option to see it anywhere else, by design. It would force you to go through the password reset process again. So I'm not sure how someone can still access your account after the password
    change.

    Note: Please read through these steps before completing them

    You could change the sign in email address of the account by going here -
    https://account.live.com/names/Manage


    You'd click on Add Email and then add a new email address as the sign in email address for the account.

    Then make it the primary email address for the account. And then remove the old email address

    Please note that if you're using that old email address for email you can just disable it from the sign in process, instead of removing it by going here -
    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    It will allow you the option to uncheck the old email address from being used as a sign in on the account.

    So between the new password and new sign in email address, the only way for someone else to use his account is if he's giving his account info to some one.

    To review the IP Addresses of where the account has been signed in at, you can go here -
    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    The first entry it shows you, should be the IP address that you're at and you can use that for reference for the history of the sign in locations for the account.

    Xbox Support has nothing to do with and cannot help with suspensions imposed by the Xbox Enforcement Team. That's by design.

    As far as anyone contacting you within 24-48 hours, from here? That's not going to happen.
