    yeap...waited over 35 minuets for an agent, only to be disconnected....waited 20+ more minuets for an agent. Agent disconnected call on me after having me tell him what's wrong. What in the actual **** is going on with your call center? Call disconnects,
    agents hanging up on customers. Seriously, your **** customer support is terrible. I'm in this field, and a 5 year knows better to hang up on someone. Someone needs to be fired over this ****. For **** sake... Pissed off and cold in Wisconsin

    ^^you are putting to much emphasis on the bag. Focus more on the T. You should only let your sacks lightly brush their foreheads in rapid succession. For best results, use Gold Bond powder beforehand.

    The phones can be problematic at times. An Xbox Support Agent has to go out of their way to disconnect a call. Often it's a network congestion issue that will cause the disconnection.

    As I explained, they usually have a high call volume when there's a service alert. And issues do occur with the phone system. If you want to talk with them, you have a couple of options available there.

    As I explained, they usually have a high call volume when there's a service alert. And issues do occur with the phone system. If you want to talk with them, you have a couple of options available there.

    It depends on when your subscription renews and when you cancelled the subscription. It might be, that you were too late to cancel the next renewal cycle. You can try to go to

    https://account.microsoft.com/services
    and try cancelling immediately (not stopping the automatic renewal).

    Depending on your subscription, you will then get the remaining full months refunded.

    Also, you are free to go and buy a PS4, but since you say you would save money, I don't think it's a wise decision to buy a completely new console, when you can get 6 to 8 years of Xbox Live Gold for the price of a PS4 or PS4 Pro.

    Also, you would need to pay for a PSN Membership on Playstation as well, if you want to play online Multiplayer.
