Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball is no longer available for redownload?

I tried to redownload this full game and it gives me a status code 800700E8. I've cleared my cache 30+ times, tried a different xbox on a different connection, queued it up on xbox.com and it says "content no longer available". I'm guessing they removed
it completely from the server, or will they fix it? There were a few games like the simpsons arcade that was like this but they eventually worked again. Will it ever be available for redownload again?

I also have this same issue. When I access my download history and attempt to add Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball to my download queue, it comes up with an orange box that says "Sorry, this item is no longer available." This is the full version of the game that
I'm trying to download -- not the trial.

I believe xbox live removed this title from the store and unfortunately my library too! I checked my download history and can't get to download my copy of

Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball instead I get error codes.
