    bonjour , ça fait 2 h que je passe de servives en services pour expliquer mon probleme , ainsi que celui de nombreux clients de vos services . hier le xbox live m'ecrit que mon profil s'est connecté sur une autre console , depuis je suis banni . donc en
    plus de mettre fait pirater via vos services , vous me sanctionnez , ( verifier les connections ...) . malgres tout , il n'est pas anormale de se faire hacker sur via le xbox live vu que les signalements fait pour les hackers et autres ( comme des croix gammée
    en image personnelle) qui utilise vos services en toute impunité restent sans suite et cela depuis plusieurs mois , voir années . il est donc inadmissible que toutes ces plaintes ne soient pas prise en comptes . ce sont vos clients qui en subissent les consequences
    ( je vous rappelle que le jeu en ligne est payant !!) en esperant que mon probleme soit resolu rapidement et que les plaintes des autres joueurs soient prise en compte . parallelement je depose une plainte pour piratage et rentre en contacte
    avec un organisme de defense du consommateur ( cela fait trop longtemps que ça dure et que rien est fait )

    Quand la premiere entreprise informatique au monde , n'est pas capable de securiser ses services , je m'inquiete pour mes données personnelles !!!! en l'attente d'une reponse rapide et constructive de votre part , bonne journée

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review.

    If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    je veux bien qu'ils n'utilisent pas le forum , alors pourquoi ces bons rien m'ont dit de venir içi ? ils n'avaient qu' me dire d'ecrire mon probleme sur un bout de papier , le mettre dans une bouteille et de la jeter la mer , j'aurais eu plus de chance
    de reponse mon probleme !!!! enfin en tout cas maintenant je suis convaincu , microsoft et nul dans la gestion de securité de ces servives ( des tas de temoignages le confirme ) et je suis pas déçu d'avoir tout resilié avec eux . bonne chance tous
    ceux qui payent pour jouer contre des hackers !!!

    The Enforcement teams used to use the forums, but found that they were better able to help and investigate issues by the Case Review process. This was a fairly recent change and I apologize if there was a miss communication with the chat/phone teams. If
