Pioneer VSX-43 Elite receiver - no compatible voice commands?

Hello!

As you can probably tell from the title, I have the Pioneer VSX-43 Elite receiver. I'm getting audio and video just fine with it, but I can't seem to find compatible settings for the voice commands. This particular model is not available in the Xbox One's
devices list. I've tried several other similar devices with only minimal luck - for example, I'll find some settings where using the "Volume Up" command will work once, and then never again.

Any ideas or similar experiences?

How do you have your Xbox One connected?

My ONE, is connected to my 42" Vizio And to a pioneer vsx-D411 receiver w/ 2 Bose studio monitors + 1 Bose accoustimas 3 series2 speaker and a 100w pioneer. IT ROCKS!!!

 

Pioneer vsx-1021-k question

You have to set up the input through your receiver correctly it is where you configure it on your display which is your tv and can be a little technical.. I have a pioneer elite series Vsx-03txh receiver and you must refer to your pioneer receivers manual
mine is on page 70 Called the input setup menu. Hope that helps you. By the way it sounds awesome! 7.1 Thx sound!

 

I have the same receiver and it worked fine with the xbox one but I just recently got the xbox one elite and now I'm having the same issue. Have you found a fix?

 

I never did figure it out, I gave up and just use my universal remote for volume.
