    I can’t remove a pin because it was delisted in the marketplace. It only says Purchase -1 and Pin To Home, though it is already in the pins. I can’t remove it or nothing. The previous post about this topic from five years ago was left unanswered. Does Microsoft
    have a solution to their mistake yet ? And though it says solved, the previous thread wasn’t solved. So I need a solution or a refund/law suit because of the companie’s continued ignorance towards their pin system.

    Pins are in the cloud.

    I know this may comes trivial to some people. But, I thought pins are locally managed per console, you know like Windows. But, I just realized pins are universally managed on the cloud. Meaning, if you have two consoles, they are synced. That's pretty neat.

    Problem With Pins

    Here's how to remove a pin

    1.From Xbox Home, select My Pins.

    2.Highlight a pin and press X.

    3.Select Remove Pin.

    is it not removing when you do this?

    I have the same problem. It is driving me insane!

    I've seen this issue reported six years ago and I'm amazed that we don't have the technology to fix this.

    Do I have to do a factory reset?

    This could factor in to my next console purchase. Does the XBox One have the same problem?

    Can't remove game from Pins?

    If it's coming up as 'pin', then that game isn't pinned on your pin list.

    hello MozLN the Xbox pin or Microsoft pin is different to parental control pin it could be that your parents have set the pin or you may have forgotten the pin if not i would suggest you contact Microsoft support to reset your pin: https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    The pins have been relocated if you press the Xbox Button on the controller to bring up the guide below the home button you will see three symbols and the one on the right that looks like a drawing pin will be your pins. Once you have opened pins if you

    I see where the Pin icon is, but when I go there is says you have no pins add some, and when I do pin something then go check, nothing is in my pins.
