  1. Pins won't show, friends won't show, unable to see Store tab, snap bug.

this post isn't about one bug in particular, but a myriad of bugs that affect my console every single time it is started. First, just about every day, and multiple times per day, when the console is booted my pins won't show up. This is prompted
by a message from Microsoft that basically ends with "sorry, our bad" while no solutions have yet to be implemented. I don't mind this bug so much as I don't use the pins, but for females like my girlfriend who can operate and use photoshop really well but
can't find Netflix on Xbox One, this is a problem. I pin those apps there for ease, but what's the point if it never works?

Next, the Friends tab. While I don't have tons of online friends that I actually play with daily, being able to see the ones that I do play with everyday is nice. I may decide what game to play based on what they're playing. But, this is only when my Xbox
decides that it doesn't have a "connection issue" that only allows you to see your friends once you've entered a game or clicked on some other app. Again, extremely annoying when you have to do this just to see your friends, but even more annoying is another
"sorry, our bad" message from Microsoft. So, wait, you guys know about this, apparently for quite some time and still nothing has been done? What *** is prioritizing problems for employees to work on, the Hamburglar?

The same thing can be said for the store tab not working, and this basically happens when the other problems occur with friends and pins; console is booted, home screen loads, half of the tabs that are supposed to be there are gone because of a non-existent
connection issue, Microsoft apologizes and acknowledges a problem they don't plan on fixing until Hamburglar says it's time.

Lastly, what is with the snap menu? Every single game I've played has had the same issue with the snap menu. Each time I double-click the Xbox button to bring up the snap prompt I'm told I need to visit the store because I don't have an app to do this.
Do what?? Use a feature that hasn't worked right for any game since I bought the console?? This should have been hashed out well before the console was released, yet here we are. The menus are slow and cumbersome as it is, now they're also super-buggy too.
    Thanks, Hamburglar.

I experience each of these bugs every day and it gets quite annoying. But, hey, at least I can take screenshots now.

    :)

I have the same problem and tried the suggestions but it did not work. All I see are the same three things under the featured tab, Let us show you around, Discover great apps and features and Learn to snap, pin and more.

The Xbox One's party chat system is a mess

I don't mind the snap, but when you snap party it should show tiles of active parties of friends not just an invite tab.

All gamers need to read this report.

In most UK stores, you can't enter a store with hoodies or shades on. You have to clearly show your face. Also can't use a credit or debit card without a personal pin.

Anyway, human cashier won't be able to spot it either.

Pins not showing and/or Store not showing

The proper way to get this corrected:

-Removed Xbox Live profile (the account previously signed in when the issue persist)

    -Clear persistent storage

    -Clear MAC address

-set power mode on Energy saving

-Switch off the console and remove everything (cables)

-wait 1-2 minutes and plug everything back in

    -turn the console back on

    -re-add the profile

    ""98% it will work...
