    Hi,

    I have found numerous posts on this issue. I am connected to the internet, but I cannot connect to the store, pins wont load, and now I cant play call of duty because there is an update. Multiplayer worked fine, even when I could not connect to the store
    or see the pins. However, now there is an update I cant play because it cannot connect to the store in order to download the respective update. This is very frustrating, I have not had the xbox long, about a week or 2 now, all worked fine when I first turned
    it on, however, after a few days it started doing what I have just described. I have seen numerous posts which state that I must hard reset my xbox, delete the mac address, empty my cache, delete my account and re-open, etc etc etc. I am extremely disappointed
    to not find any solution for this, especially seen as I have found posts that are related to this same issue, which go back to early 2014!!!! Please can somebody help me? If there is no lasting solution I am just going to send it back and invest in a PS4,
    because frankly, this is a terrible service Microsoft!

    im having the same issue as of today since xbox live has been hacked or disrupted. i can not access store(games).
