Pins will not save in the correct order anymore...

My pins on my home screen will not save in the order I arrange them, they used to.

Any ideas?

Could you try removing all the pins completely and then trying to pin things again and see what happens then?

Sorry to hear it. In order to reset the pin the person who put it on will either need to enter the correct pin or type in the wrong pin 3 times before they're given an option to enter their password if they've forgotten the pin

I was not given those options. (I'm using the app on a computer)

I had to enter my password first, in order to get to the step where it wants me to enter a PIN. All I get is that the pin is locked and I have to restart the PC to attempt again after failing to enter the correct PIN too many times. I'm not getting any options to make a new PIN.

Goth.. goto Skype.... add your local pizza place under pizza... Xbox goto Skype, call pizza or if you have online ordering.. save on IE, pin to home...
