    For a week or two, I have not been able to use my Pins on the home screen of my Xbox One. In the "Pins" section of my home screen there is only a single tile that tells me that my Pins are not Available. This is also not accessible through a Smartglass device.
    I've also noticed that the activity feed no longer includes any of my friends, however, the store and other internet dependent services/apps/games seem fine.

    I found this thread (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4267/t/1637783.aspx?pi7962=5) and attempted some solutions there but no luck.

    I've tried power cycling my XBONE, changed Power mode from Instant to Energy-Saving, re-configuring wireless settings.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Went on my Xbox one and it said pins are not available as is the store, i tried restarting the xbox but nothing improves, help please

    I have the same issue where I get the grey box with "Your pins are not available. Sorry about that. They should be back soon".

    I've tried all the same things including removing my profile and then adding it back.

    The odd thing is the Xbox One console has multiple profiles on the box but it affects only my profile, the only way i can access my pins is via the Smartglass app which is less then ideal.

  5. Very weird indeed. Since this starting happening right after the April 2015 update, I was hoping that the May update would fix my issue. However, my Pins are still inaccessible from my Xbox One or Smartglass devices.

    The Home screen without my Pins available is quite annoying, but merely inconvenient. Still, I'd appreciate any response from Microsoft Pins Not Available :(

    Sorry to hear about the issue with Pins not being available! Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

    • First, press both left and right triggers as well as the Y button on your Xbox One controller.
    • Check to see if your Pins are available.
    • If not, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and add your profile to your Xbox One console.
    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks!

    I ran through the steps you outlined in your post, however, I am still receiving the "Your pins aren't available" message on my Xbox home screen and Smartglass devices.

    Thanks for the reply! When you get a chance, can you please let me know the following:

    • Are you participating in the Program Program?
    • What is your full console OS version?
    You can find your console OS version by following the steps listed in our Xbox One operating system versions and system updates page.

    Also, just to be sure that are covering all troubleshooting steps, I recommend going through the steps listed in our Xbox One Connection Solution page to see if you run
    into any issues. After you have run through the steps, let us know how everything went and also include the information requested above. Thanks again!

  9. ~ I'm not sure what the "Program Program" refers to.

    ~ OS Version: 6.2.12825.0 (xb_rel_1505.150507-2219) fre

    I just ran a network test (8:40 pm PDT), and the message displays :

    "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues. Sorry there's a problem on our side. To see which services are affected..."

    Not sure if this is referring to the current XB Live Connection alerts or something else.

    Thanks you for the detailed information! I definitely sounds like you are not participating in the Preview Program and it looks like the error message you ran into was relating to a different issue. Just to clarify, have you tried to connect your console
    with a wired connection? Or have you only tried a wireless connection. In order for us to dig into this issue further, please let us know your detailed network settings. You can find your detailed network statistics by completing the following steps:

    • From the Home screen, press the Menu button and select Settings.
    • Select Network and then select Detailed network statistics.
    Also, please let us know the the following:

    • What Country/State/Province do you live in?
    • Modem brand & model number:
    • Router brand & model number:
    • How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?:
    • Wired or Wireless (for each console):
    • Things you have tried:
    • Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown:
    • Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?:
    • Any Error Codes you encounter:
    • Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider):
    You can find out if you have a NAT error by following the steps listed in our Xbox One multiplayer solution. When you get a chance, please let me know the information listed

    Have to tried Clearing the Alternate MAC Address?

    Clearing your Alternate MAC address. Hit the Menu button, Settings, Network, Advanced, Alternate MAC address, Clear, Restart. It will take a few mins for the console to reboot.

    I tried clearing the alt. MAC address over the weekend, and it didn't initially work. However, since yesterday my Pins have returned! Not sure what finally made it sync, but its been 24 hrs and they're loading up as expected. I can only hope they stay where
    they belong for now Pins Not Available :)
