Pins disappeared all of a sudden?.....

They were there this morning now there all gone and cant add them back. Is anyone else having this issue?

Pinned apps disappear from home screen on Xbox One

Had this happened twice already. The first time all my pins disappeared but one. The second time all pins were gone.

All my Pins have just disappeared, is there anyway to get them back. The Pins section seems to be gone and there are no 'groups'. any ideas?

If removing the Pins was part of an update, how do I contact Microsoft about them not transferring the Pins into a group?

 

As far as I know pins are stored server side/on your cloud. You may just be experiencing some connection issues. Try hard restarting your console by holding the power button down for 8 seconds till the console fully shuts down, wait 10 seconds, and power
it back on. If the issue still persists please try rebooting your router/modem.

 

Mine disappeared too a few minutes ago. I restarted and they came back but now everything I try to open (games, apps, etc) keep telling me I need to be connected to XBL.... Which I am and connection status says everything on my end is good.

 

I too am having this problem. Tried to do hard reset. Also having trouble getting apps to install.

 

support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status Would explain why I can't download apps.

 

Pins are gone and I can't access any of my digital content.

Xbox Pins are currently experiencing issues related to the current service status.

Sometimes rebooting your console can resolve this: hold your finger on the power button for 15 seconds, then boot it back up.

The appropriate teams are working on the issues, hang tight!

 

i think the e3 stream was too much for the garbage xbox one servers to handle obviously, games also cannot be downloaded and ea access wont load

 

Its the servers which are having the problems
