Pins, and Xbox Live Store

i am able to see who is logged in, I can play CoD Ghosts multiplayer...but my pins aren't available, and I can't access store...it says there is connectivity issues...I check to see what might be the problem...and for the past week or so there were issues
with Xbox services.

Now with those issues resolved...why are my pins, and store not available?

Dashboard lag

I believe the pins are stored "In the Cloud"

When my internet cut out, I rebooted my system, and was unable to access the internet. On my pins it said "Log in to Xbox Live to get your pins".

May be something to do with that?

I also noticed that the store and pins apps aren't available on my Xbox one. After following the

www.xbonehelp.com/.../xbox-one-your-store-and-pins-apps-arent-available.html , I restore it to the factory setting and it works now

 

Hey there! I definitely understand what your going through, as I've experienced the same issue. I would recommend trying to press and hold the power button on the console itself for 10 seconds to do a complete reset as well as clear the system cache. This
should fix this issue, if not you can pm me and we can try to work through this!

Mister Cerb,

Has MS found the cause of this? All the fixes mentioned so far (cold reboot, reset MAC, etc) only works for a couple of days until the same problem comes back. Really really getting annoying.

 

Although I can't speak for Mister Cerb, here is what I've been reading.

From what I've heard so far, it seems to be a probably with the firmware. Most gamers state that by having the instant on feature turned off it seems to keep the issues at bay. I've also noticed that when I quit my games or apps once I'm done, I don't see
the issues as often. As to what the exact cause is... I imagine that the answer is quite complex, assuming that engineering has even found an answer.
